Dear Sir

One of our manufacturing uses oil for manufacturing and they sale empty plastic drums as scrap. I want to know if it is required to collect TCS on such scrap sale of Empty Plastic Drums ? Reply Please

Exemption....

When the eligible goods are used for personal consumption
The purchaser buys the goods for manufacturing, processing or production and not for the purpose of trading those goods.
