TCS applicability for hospital retail store sale
it is required for retail counter sale to end customer if seller exceed 10 cr turnover but not corss 50 lac in this year ... TCS applicable or not .........please reply

If turnover of seller, in last financial year crossed 10 crores,
and in this year sale to single customer exceed Rs. 50 lakhs, than only TCS applicable on sale to that customer, who purchase more than 50 lakhs.
(TCS liable on amount exceeding 50 lakhs only)
and in this year sale to single customer exceed Rs. 50 lakhs, than only TCS applicable on sale to that customer, who purchase more than 50 lakhs.
(TCS liable on amount exceeding 50 lakhs only)
