TCS applicability

A Benz car was purchased worth ₹45 lakhs for that they pay ₹30 lakhs in cash & remaining part is exchange a old car worth ₹ 15 lakhs. Is TCS to be collected for old car

Yes Sai Krishna TCS is applicable on sale transaction .It is not dependent on mode of payment .
