ours is a manufacturing company, we already got the TAN no. from Income Tax department. For the sale of scrap we require the TCS No. we can quote our TAN no. for the TCS also or we have to apply for a TCS registration No.

for TDS & TCS the SAME TAN no is applicable which is taken by you
TAN no is both for tds as well as tcs.....
yes u can use TAN for TDS & TCS, one more thing u can opt more than one TAN if your co. in multistate or multicity
