IF TCS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BUT COULD NOT BE DEPOSITED TO THE CREDIT OF GOVT. THEN WILL THEIOR BE ANY DISALLOWANCE?

If any tax deducted but not paid to the credit of govt., such tax shall be disallowed...............
