NOW TRUST HAS BECOME LIABLE TO PAY TAX ON SUCH INCOME IMMEDIATE PEREVIOUS YEAR AFTER YEAR EXPIRY SPECIFIED IN FORM NO.10. (IN THE REFERENCE OF 11(2) AND EXPLAINATION GIVEN THEIR TOO)
