Taxation of SOP

A father gifted his 2 married daughters a property, in which he gave each of them a 50: 50 share . The house is self occupied by the elder sister. The younger sister purchased a new flat in her own name. The house is still self occupied by the elder sister. The elder sister does not own any other property.

Will the younger sister have to pay tax on deemed value as she is now the owner of 2 properties ; 1 is 100% and the other 50%
