Can any one tell me taxation of sports persons and sections relating to them

Sportspersons are treated as Professional as per the latest Circular by CBDT and hence Tax is deducted u/s 194J on payment made to them. Their income is assessable u/h PGBP.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
