Indian Assessee Working at foreign and he gets salary and he bought it into india,is that amount taxable???

If such salary is already taxed abroad (that means it is accrued or deemed to accrue outside India and received outside India for employment outside India), then just bringing in such taxed income to India will not make it taxable again in India
