I m issued a credit note for gst party with out calculated gst . what is the treatment in gstr 1 return. showing gstr 1 or note if not showing in gstr 1 then mismatch my taxable value compare to gstr 1

What market returns? first tell your problem clearly 1.did you raise credit notes or sales returns. 2. did you show in gstr3b. 3. didn't show in gstr1.

If you have Reported in in GSTR 1, then you should issue the CNT to debtor as accordingly.
Now if it is against Sale return or Rate difference then need to give effect of GST, hence Ask you debtor to reduce his purchase & GST accordingly.
