Is it needed to study those services in Service Tax part of IPCC paper 4 other than declared as applicable by ICAI i.e. other than 8 services applicable for MAY-12 IPCC exam?

just go on with those list declared by ICAI.
regarding those 8 services, I advise you to be prepared. because they may become applicable for MAY-12 attempt.
