What is the Taxable Percentage of Goods Transportation by Truck from 1st Apr-2015. is it 25% or 30%?

As per notification No. 8/2015-Service Tax dated 1st March 2015, the revised rate of abatement of 30% for Transport of goods by road is applicable from 1st April 2015.

Taxable portion of the service is 30%. Abatement is 70%.
