Hi friends,
if a person is receiving services from a foreign national below the amt of rs 9 lakh.
Whether it is taxable??

No SSI exemption in case of reverse charge liabilty to pay St ....therfore the service receiver is liable to make an application for registration and make payment of Service Tax.....

it means person who is receiving servics is chageable for service tax even if the chargeable amt is less then rs 9 lakh..
