Income from Hydra crane (mostly use in minning) use in own mining bussiness as well as for other person mining work so income from other in which head taxable

If your business to give on rent the hydra crane then business income otherwise taxable at other sources income.

Hydro crane use own bussiness and some time also on rent
i want to say section 44AE is not attract in any circumstances

If you own less than 10 motor vehicles in your case hydra crane then you have the option to file return under 44ae. If you own more than 10 motor vehicles at any time during the previous year then you cannot apply provisions of section 44ae. You have to show the rental income under the head business.
