Taxability of service tax

I am Indian company, and Two employee on my payroll working for another foreign company. At the year end My indian company charging foreign with all the salary & other cost of employee with the margin of 15%. So my query is whether Service Tax will be considered under Export of service or not? I want to clear that two employee is in india only but working for foreign company.
