Minor can file return for the a.y 18-19 who attains majority in the month of November?

Can a person file return for A. Y 19-20, If he becomes major in the month of November of the year 2018?

Yes, you can file the returns.
Make sure you show his income from the period Nov till March, 19 and accordingly file his returns.

What should we do for income received between April to Sept?

Income of that period shall be clubbed in hands of highest earning parent
