It is Taxable under house property.

If your substantial income and expense is related to the business of paying guest.. then it will be PGBP.. and if your income is just a casual (side) income and you don't do much of expenses for it.. then its HOUSE PROPERTY...its Called *SUBSTANCE OVER FORM*
