A person earns Income in the form of Salary in Dubai. Also, he has been staying in Dubai for the past one year.
As per my knowledge, no taxes are to be paid on Salary Income earned by an individual in Dubai.
Will the same income be taxed in India? and what if the the person remitts the same amount to India? Will it be taxable?

As per Income Tax provisions,He is non resident and Foreign income is non taxable at all and Income first received outside India and remitted then to India is fully exempt and non taxable
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
