I am a salaried person. but in my office I gave consultancy to a person and did some documentation work for him. Now I received 300000 with deduction of TDS.
In which head i have to show this income. I am not doing any business and which ITR to file.

Deduction of TDS u/s 194J?
Go for sec 44ADA declaration.....
yes..deducted u/s 194J but I am not falling under 44ADA.
