How should we treat fellowship received. I need to File ITR but, my problem is that, Fellowship received has not been charged TDS and so, should i show it as exempt income under 10(16) under scholarship ?

Yes, show it as exempt income under 10(16) under scholarship; if granted to meet as cost of high education.....
