Taxability in gst

Hi All,

 

Please help me with this:

 

If a builder transfers a building under construction to another builder for a consideration, what will be its taxability under GST law?

 

Eg: A, a builder transfers a building (60% construction complete) to B, another builder for Rs. 20 crores.

 

Kindly explain.

Sale of land and building is under negative list of schedule III of GST Act (means no GST)
If the above is sold before construction or under construction.. then GST attracts
