no specific exemption , they will be taxed normal !!

इस प्रकार के संस्थानों में अक्सर शिक्षक खुद को employee दिखाते है. अगर ऐसे दिखाए तो उनकी salary हो जाएगी, वर्ना PGBP Income मान ली जाएगी.

Private Coaching Class is liable to pay income tax on its net income.
It is required to pay Service TAx also if Fees Recieved exceeds Rs 10.00 lacs
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
