Taxability & which ITR to be filed
I m salaried class person. I have received an immovable property worth Rs 45,00,000/- from my maternal uncle ie (mama) . Is it a gift received from a relative & which ITR form I have to file & in which column this is to be shown. A K Gupta Mobile: 9810103385

ITR 1 should be filed
Go for ITR 1... property received is gift and it's exempted under income tax act
