Tax with penalty
I have paid penalty in DRC3 with 100% tax , how can I cliam that tax in my gst terurn

If you have paid penalty of 100% tax in DRC 03 then it is reflected on Electronic Credit Ledger. It is to be shown in GSTR 3B
But Tax is not showing in e-credit ledger
