if a dealer supply his goods in his own vehicle under eway bill, whether such movement of goods comes under RCM ? or whether he has to add the value of transportation in his invoice value separately as per section 15 of cgst in order to pay tax ?

1. No, If he is not a GTA.

2. Yes... he can show the freight separately in the goods supplied invoice. But Tax rate also the goods rate.
Sir, what if the dealer is not mentioning the amount of freight in his invoice, whether he will be liable to evade tax?
That's his own decision...

If showing then will be chargeable as per above...
No when he is not charging for the freight from his dealer is not liable for offence of evading of Tax .

Yes you are correct as per section 15 need to charge but Section 15 is applicable only in case when transaction is made between related person .
Sir, section 15 deals when persons are distinct...my query is...in most of the case of fake invoices, it has been seen that there is no entry of cash payment in their 3B i.e. no rcm payment. Now i want to know that wen they receive/purchase the goods they mention their own vehicle so i just want to know that wen they use their own vehicle, gst on the transportation will be paid or not...as the fake invoicer dont mention the transport cost
No need discussing or comments against fake invoice / invoicer...

Freight will be charged in the supplied invoice then Gst is chargeable for the freight.

The freight charges shown then it will be taken to his financial statements...
If not charging then it can't be include in FS...
