07 April 2010wht will be the tax tretement of the pre-contruction intrest in the house property when the person has cliamed the 2 installment of pre-construction intrest and at the 3th yrs he has sale that house .
so pls tell me the tax treatement of the remainig 3 installment.what to do of them.

For deduction under House property, the very first crieteria is to own the property. If you sell it then the Head House property is lost and hence even if the Act is silent about the carried forward you cannot even do it as you lose the head "Income from House Property".
