I have received Mediclaim insurance reimbursement amounting to Rs.60000/- in the form of Exgratia.Can anyone advice me on the tax treatment of the same?Is it exempt from Tax

I need to ask few questions -
1) Whether the amount of 60k have been received from ur employer?
2) Is the reimbursment of mediclaim premium or the medical expenses?
