Tax Treat in case of Redevelopment of a building

Can u tell me what shall be the Tax treatment of the following benefits/gains in the hands of the
tenant
in case of Redevelopment of Old Building:-

a) The amount of corpus fund received directly from the builder/developer.

b) The amount of corpus fund received from the Association, if any formed by the society.

c) The incremental area received more than 300sq. ft (as per Law.

d) The rent received for Alternate Accommodation.

Kindly calrify the relationship between the tenant and the builder.

Mr. Murthy,

The property is been redeveloped by a builder who is different from the Landlord.

The Builder shall Redevelop the building and  the said Tenant shall get a flat in the new Redeveloped building from the Builder.
