my question is that an manufacturer will have to assembly one product we he ill buy the parts to assembly an unit we one product will come under 12% and other one 28% and other at some 16%
and now my question is that at what price he has to sell the product and what % of tax he has to Charge

Sir, You have to pay @ rate specified to the product manufacturered by assembling.

Sir, If no rate of tax on the name of manufacturered product in gst. It will be treated as mixed supply and which is the highest rate of tax of the components used to make the product is applicable to the whole product. In your case is 28%.
