What is the slab rate for a HUF whose Karta is a senior citizen?

Normal rates. HUF cannot take the benefit of rates for senior citizens

Yes, Slab rates are starting from 1,60,000.

Dear Barani,

the slab rate applicable to normal individual will apply to HUF. HUF cannot be male/female/senior citizen etc.

Correct only

for HUF Always Slab Rate Will be applicable same as for indvidual

for HUF the slab rate starts Rs.160000.....no matter , whether the karta is a male/female/senior citizen....

yes, slab rates for Huf is always as of an individual no matter karta is senior citizen, male/female.
