Whether Tax Saving Fixed Deposit in the name of Spouse is allowed for deduction under chapter VI A???
Can I claim deduction on the basis of Tax Saving FD made in the name of my spouse???

yes you can claim deduction provided she does not claim the same in her Tax Return

Hello,
For claiming deduction u/s 80c fixed deposit made in name of Own/joint name first name must be assessee.
