Tax saving by paying lump sup
Dear Sir, I am paying my flat installments under construction link payment plan, can I pay all my balance instalments in lump sum before July to save the tax which will be enhanced after implementing GST ( i.e. 4.5 to 12%). Please advise.

Yes you can do that, by some consent letter from the builder.
