If online IncomeTax Return for NRI son is filed by father as POA ( Power of Attorney ) , is it ok. How can Power Of Attorney be registered / informed online to Income Tax department . What is the procedure?

There is no procedure for giving it online. just submit it to the jurisdictional assessing officer.

simply file the return.
submit the POA if asked for during scrutiny.
