Hello,

I have received an email from ITD CPC. The attachement from the email says that my refund request has been approved. They will also pay me interest on my refund. They have also sent me an sms saying that my return has been processed.

But the efiling website is still showing that my return has been e-verified. Its not saying that my return has been processed. ALsi, its saying nothing about my refund status.

The TIN-NSDL website says that my refund has not reached the refund banker.

What should I do now? Whom should I contact ?

It usually takes about 10 days for updation of the details. For your information during the current time period, it has taken about 15 days in certain cases.

No need to worry. Refund will be issued to you within 7-10 days.

if i want a refund of rs 57000 that are deduct tds on rent . will it grant with AO permission . t i am efilling my it return

@ Monika When you will declare your income in ITR, any tax liability(if any)arising there after considering all deductions shall be adjusted from your tds deducted amount and balance if any remains will be issued to you as refund. This will be the process when your return is not selected for scrutiny assessment. If it is selected for scrutiny then you have to prove before A.O. that the particulars of income furnished by you is true and correct by furnishing evidences in support of your claim.

i want to know that what is limit of refund that are grant by efilling with out Ao permissiom , if there not select any scruitny

i mean how much amount any assese can get by rufund

is there are any human interefair in refund process, or it issue automaticly by system?

There is no such monetary limit prescribed. If your tds refund claim matches with 26AS and no complications involved, you will get full refund after adjusting from your tax liability.
