Hi..I am an online retailer and sells products across all the states in country. My firm is registered in Rajasthan , so if i make a sale of any product in Delhi which tax should i charge i.e CST or VAT ?

Hi Sumit,
As you are registered in Rajashtan and selling goods to a person who is their in Delhi, you should charge CST.
Assume that the goods which you are selling is having 5% of VAT in Rajashtan. The same rate (5%) CST is applicable on such goods.
