Tax rate of private limited company for financial year 2017

Hello All,

Please tell me there is any change in Corporate tax rate from last year that is 25 % corporate tax +4 % health tax for financial year 2017 - 2018 for Private limited company below 50 lac annual turnover

Please tell me the truth regarding corporate tax.

Thank You. next 4 % for health is added in 25 % ? then what will be exact % of tax rate

The reduction of corporate tax rates will be effective from F.Y. 2018-19. However the criteria for qualifying this will is based on turnover of F.Y. 2016-17.
