i have provided online tutoring services through (Chegg Expert Service India Pvt Ltd) they make payments on the basis of no of questions answer and make payments on per question answered. They make monthly payments after deduction of 10% TDS 194J.
pls suggest me GST rate and HSN code.

HSN code not applicable on tutoring services,You need SAC Code.
SAC Code 999294 – Other education and training services n.e.c. SAC Code999295 – services involving conduct of examination for admission to educational institutions. SAC Code 999299 – Other Educational support services.
you have to add total 18% GST on their fees. Which includes 9% CGST and 9% SGST.
