sir, what is GST rate for construction work for complex and residential flat schem for sale.and what is rate after b.u.permission.

Its 12% GST , & after BU permission have to reverse the ITC attributed to particular flat being sold
Note : ITC will be reverse only in case if
You have not reced any advance before B..U permission for that particular flat.
