Tax rate

My client have bakery business and manufacture bakery products like bread, bun, bhajipav, vadapav, dabelipav, Khari biscuits, and creem roll. Bread declare as a tax free,while no clerification about bun, bhajipav, vadapav and dabelipav which are similar product as bread. I also want know about the tax rate of Khari biscuits and creem roll. Please reply.
