Tax query for short term capital gain for a non salaried petson
For a non salaried person is it essential to submit ITR if his annual income is less than 2.5 lakh? Note that is only income is from stock market. He trade 2 to 4 trades in a month.

NO he is not required to file any return.
will STCG of flat 15 percent applicable to a salaried person?
I meant to say only a salaried person
Still no tax will be payable if All income is below exemption limit.
