I have a query kindly solve this...
One of my client has bought land some 10 yrs back for Rs 1 lakh, now he wants to sell this land for 20 lacs and purchase two land for this 20 lakhs Rs. Kindly tell me how should he take this amount of money to save income tax......
I dint really get ur query. U want to know how he should TAKE the money?
I mean if he takes the money in one account will he have to pay income tax and if he takes the money in name of some other persons account likewise if he takes in four account Rs five lacs each... will it be ok...CAN HE SAVE INCOME TAX
