Provision relating to a GST Practitioner as per Rule 83 of CGST Rules 2017. 1.citizen of India 2. He has passed graduate or pst graduate degree or its equivalent in Commerce, Law, Banking, or Business Administration oe Business Management from any Indian University. Hence you are eligible.
