Tax planning for non resident

how suggest a non resident for tax planning who has left india for the purpose of emloyment...
will ITR 2 be applicable to him as he is working as a salaryed employ over abroad...
Also as all the foreign income of non resident is exempt so how it will be shown in ITR being fillind online...
