Tax payment
my client delivered diamond through Angadia to Mumbai without bill but Gst officer captured that diamonds and collected tax and penalty.My quvery is that amount paid as tax in this matter,can he use such tax amount for future tax liability?

No..................... set-off the same by filing DRC 03 , else you will get notice in form DRC-07.
