I HAVE TAX PAYABLE OF RS. 48.
MY QUESTION IS THAT I HAVE TO PAY TAX.
IS THERE ANY MINIMUM LIMIT OR THAT ABOVE 100 RS. TAX IS PAYABLE.

Minimum limit is Rs 10. If I.tax is not exceeding Rs.10 no need to pay tax. Your tax payable amount is 48 so you have to pay Rs.48 as tax.
