Tax Payer cum Tax Practitioner
I would like to know whether a Tax Payer who has been allotted GSTIN/UIN code thru migration yet under 'active pending verification' status is barred as per GST law from applying as a Tax Practitioner (against same PAN No.) while qualifying for a given criteria?
