Hi Experts , My little query regarding any amount remaining outstanding in GSTR 9 , how can be paid, By DRC 03 or by PMT 06..And whether this amount is to be shown in Part VI in Table 15 E and F thereof..
And if The Tax payable as per Table 9 Part IV is more than the total of cash paid and through ITC , then in such can GSTR 9 can be uploaded without demand being paid .
1. Amount need to be paid through DRC-03.
2. Yes same is to be shown.
3. GSTR-9 will be uploaded without demand but you have to pay it through DRC.
