Tax payabe
Tax payable of Rs. 13 cr for AY 15-16 not paid as on date. If the applicant availed loan against property and the bank want to sell the property offered as collateral in case of default, will the sale proceeds used to recover the tax dues first ? or against the loan amount payable ?
