Hi
1) While filing the return for the AY-2021-22 - Self assessed Tax paid under head 300 - 64650. but failed to mention in the Tax return.
2) Demand notice -received on 11-Jan-2021 - Amount 68716- Payable within 30 days.
3) Again another payment made for Demand notice- within 30 days. - paid - 68720 on jan-2021, this payment was made under wrong head - 300-self assessment not in 400 - Tax on Regular payment. So, it not automatically setoff , still showing outstanding.
4) Excess payment -
Total Tax Paid - 129400 (64650 + 68120 + 600)
Payment as per computation under sec u/s 1431 - 68716
Refund - 60684
5) Challan number and Date of payment are available but copy of the challan is not available, Paid through Net banking, it is showing only screen shot of the Challan number and Date of payment

6) Tax paid details are showing in Annual Information Statement for AY year 2021-22 and 2022-22
1) Please advice - How to rectify it
2) How I can claim Refund of the excess amount paid.
