Tax on Value
Is there any limit to exempt to collect Tax on sale value for retailers. (Ex: upto 1000 rupees).

There is no such provision.
If you have registered under GST then no threshold /limit on amount is prescribed to collect tax. However, need not issue invoice if the value is less than 200 Rupees.

No.......... there is no such limit. you have to charge GST if its taxable goods & collect tax .
